Please ensure that all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with original designer tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garment for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
